We are excited to announce that The Future BV played a key intermediary role in applying for OPZuid funding for Circufin<\/strong>\u2014a bold and collaborative project aimed at driving systemic change in the construction sector.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Challenge: Financing Circular Construction<\/span><\/h2>\n

One of the biggest roadblocks in circular building is financeability<\/strong>. If it cannot be financed, it cannot be built. Circufin tackles this challenge head-on by developing and testing new circular financing models<\/strong> in a Living Lab environment, involving every part of the construction chain.<\/span><\/p>\n

Circufin is a submitted project proposal that addresses one of the key barriers in circular construction: financeability. As an intermediary, The Future BV contributed to the OPZuid subsidy application.
