A subsidized project always comes with an administrative obligation. The required expertise and effort for this differs greatly per scheme, but this is a major and important task, especially for larger projects that are partly or fully financed from Europe. In the event of a shortcoming in the project administration, it can be decided at the time of accountability that the subsidy will be partially or completely withdrawn. The Future has dedicated staff for the management and implementation of project administration for its customers, and can thus guide the project partners in this. This includes answering questions from the project partners, coordinating with the grant provider, preparing interim reports and the final report, and answering additional questions from the grant provider as a result of submitted reports.
