The CARES project (Circular Approach for Renovating Social Housing) is making great strides! Last week, a productive working session took place, where our director Fränk de Jong and our partners worked hard on preparing the pre-submission, which will be submitted on March 6. This is a crucial milestone—without approval, the project cannot move forward. Fortunately, we have full confidence in the process and the strong collaboration between all involved parties. 

With the support of the Province of Zeeland, the Province of North Brabant, the Province of Limburg, Circulair Bouwend, Brainport, Impuls Zeeland, Keyport, Midpoint, and other stakeholders, we are committed to advancing a circular and innovative construction sector. The focus is on developing sustainable renovation solutions and accelerating the implementation of circular building innovations.  

After the submission in March, we will continue working with full energy to further develop the project and submit the final application in the fall. The coming months will be dedicated to further concretization, collaboration, and preparation for the next phases.
