How do you keep track of the latest developments when complex devices constantly receive updated components, both physically and digitally?

CrossRoads supports and stimulates cross-border collaborations on promising innovations across the Flemish-Dutch border, which contribute to the realization of social transition priorities: sustainable business, sustainable energy, industry 4.0 and health.

Since several months I have been working at The Future as a Student Consultant, which I enjoy a lot. During my international board year last year, I encountered grants and project management, and it is my wish to further develop myself in this field. That is when I met The Future.

At The Gate there is a free walk-in event every first Monday of the month for starters who are working on innovations. The Future is present, because as an innovation and subsidy advisor and as a partner of The Gate, we can - with our experience and service package - help launch and grow your idea, company or project.

To promote cooperation within Europe, the EU has set up the Interreg subsidy programs for border regions in Europe. For the Netherlands and Belgium, one of these programs is #Interreg Flanders - Netherlands, where cross-border collaborations between Dutch and Flemish parties can obtain a subsidy. Four priorities have been defined: Innovation, Sustainable Energy, Environment and Labor Market.

Commissioned by Eindhoven Airport NV, Brainport Development and Eindhoven University of Technology, The Future supervised an application to the Stimulation Fund of the Eindhoven Metropolitan Area, aimed at making the airport more sustainable, using (sustainable) energy innovations from the region. This application has been granted, which means that we will plan follow-up steps with regard to the Energy Master Plan. We look forward to the sequel!

For several months now I enjoy working as a marketing & communication and office manager at The Future BV. After completing my studies in International Media & Entertainment Management, I worked in finance, marketing and office management. At The Future we make the world a little better every day!
