This starts with an internal and external context analysis, followed by defining an innovation vision and strategy. This is translated into concrete objectives, and then into the required roles, staffing, and infrastructure, and ultimately financial resources. Finally, if applicable, we think along about the start-up of the initiative, including the financing of the investment costs and the necessary partners.
