Eurostars is being continued and remains an important route for innovative SMEs to finance market-oriented R&D internationally. The 10th Eurostars-3 call closes on March 19th, 2026 (14:00 CET). The Future provides support from project scoping and consortium setup to a consistent, promising application.

The Future strengthens its WBSO expertise with Sr. Consultant Nick Sanders. We help organisations make optimal tax use of R&D through a substantively strong, demonstrable WBSO application and a regular advisory rhythm that also provides insight into other subsidy opportunities.

Circufin is a submitted project proposal that addresses one of the key barriers in circular construction: financeability. As an intermediary, The Future BV contributed to the OPZuid subsidy application. The project aims to explore scalable circular financing models through a Living Lab approach, supported by a strong, cross-sectoral consortium.

The CoMoDAC project, submitted under the CrossRoads Vlaanderen-Nederland programme, introduces a novel modular system for capturing CO₂ directly from the air. It contributes significantly to the climate transition in the South of the Netherlands and Flanders.

The energy transition demands innovative and fast solutions. We are proud to announce that the Energy Link project proposal has been successfully submitted as part of the OPZuid program. This project presents a promising solution to the urgent grid congestion problem in southern Netherlands.

The Future BV has been appointed by the Province of Limburg as the thematic leader for raw materials and material hubs within the "Circulair Bouwend" network. In this role, we are working to build a resilient, circular supply chain ecosystem in the South of the Netherlands by fostering collaboration, rethinking material use, and driving innovation in the construction sector.

On March 26th, 2025, The Future BV participated in Metalot@Work, an event focused on reduction technologies within the circular Metal Fuels ecosystem. The event highlighted iron powder as a circular energy carrier for large-scale energy storage and CO₂ reduction. The Future BV emphasized its role in accelerating innovation, fostering partnerships, and contributing to a sustainable energy transition.

The Prevention-Oriented Care System project aims to address the challenges of healthcare by focusing on prevention rather than treatment. It promotes data-driven, neighborhood-specific preventive measures and fosters collaboration between healthcare providers, social organizations, policymakers, and residents. The project will initially focus on diabetes prevention and aims to lay the foundation for a sustainable healthcare system where prevention becomes the norm.

The tAIlored project aims to empower teachers by integrating AI into education, providing them with the tools, training, and frameworks needed for personalized learning. The project offers an AI menu, practical training, policy frameworks for responsible adoption, and a Fieldlab for teachers to experiment with AI tools in real classrooms. This initiative addresses the challenges of high workloads, diverse learning needs, and the need for digital literacy in the classroom.
