Innovation is important and needs to be planned, financed and managed. This is a complex process for many high tech start-ups and scale-ups, but certainly too for established companies, knowledge institutes and other (semi) public institutions and governments. The Future is the committed partner who supports parties to realize these innovations.
Below are some examples of successful initiatives and projects we worked on.
PSV Top Performance Center (TPC)
PSV, Philips and the Anna Zorggroep have defined a joint ambition to bring together and facilitate innovations in the field of (sports) performance and vitality under one roof: the PSV Top Performance Center (TPC). This is a great ambition, but how do you translate it into concrete plans? The Future was called upon in April 2021 to support the realization and financing of the PSV TPC.
National Growth Fund application: Future-proof Living Environment
At the end of October 2021, BTIC (now: TKI Bouw & Techniek) submitted an application to the National Growth Fund in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and 187 unique partners from the design, construction and technology sector. For one of the six starting consortia within this program, aimed at renovation construction, The Future coordinated the elaboration of the plans and budget amounting to 35 million euros, including the commitment of the 41 project partners.
Metalot Future Energy Lab
Metalot's goal is accelerating the energy transition by developing and preparing promising technologies such as Metal Power (Iron Power), hydrogen and large-scale innovative energy storage for the generation of green energy for the heat-intensive industry. The Future was involved since before its foundation as a structural partner for innovation management and financing and has developed and supported projects worth 10 million euros for Metalot in the past 4 years.
